| I visited Leicester – actually mostly a bit of ways outside of town – for a little more than day (barely 36 hours) and spent that time casually hiking, cooking, tuning string instruments, collaborating on a manuscript, and otherwise thoroughly enjoying myself. Saint Pancras station on the way to Leicester. My train was delayed leaving by an hour due to a death on the tracks. Then it took an hour to connect with my host. That had us arriving at her place around midnight, outside of Leicester.
